Wired building automation is not available yet. If you are planning a new home, a renovation or a hotel, fill in the interest form on this page. We will let you know as soon as the service launches.
What it solves
In a large home or hotel, dozens of switches, thermostats and remote controls become hard to live with. How many presses does it take to get the living room ready for the evening?
Wired automation brings them together in one system: a single press turns off the lights, lowers the blinds and sets the temperature. Fewer switches on the walls, and a building that works the way you want.
How it works
It is built on an international, open standard. All devices connect to one shared control cable (the bus) and speak the same language, even when they come from different manufacturers such as Schneider or ABB.
- Lighting: scenes, dimming and room-by-room control
- Blinds and shutters: manual or automatic, based on the time of day or the sun
- Heating and cooling: temperature control in every room
- Wall keypads and touch panels, plus control from your phone
Because the system is wired, it does not depend on Wi‑Fi. Because the standard is open, it can be extended later with devices from other manufacturers.
What it will include
- Working with the project's architect or engineer
- Designing the system and its scenes
- Installation, programming and testing
- Handover with user instructions
How we will get started
Wired automation needs dedicated cabling, so it is ideally planned before construction or during a major renovation. We will begin together with the project's architect or engineer, from the design and the scenes you want the building to have.
For existing homes that are not being renovated, wireless smart home solutions are usually more practical.
Who it's for
- New luxury homes and villas
- Major renovations
- Hotels and boutique accommodation
Questions about this service
Can wired automation be installed in an existing home?
Wired automation needs dedicated cabling, so it mainly suits new builds or major renovations. In an existing home that is not being renovated, wireless smart home solutions are usually more practical, and we already offer them.
Why choose a wired system over a wireless one?
It is built on an open standard supported by many manufacturers, so you are not tied to one company. It is wired, does not depend on Wi-Fi and scales to large buildings. The service is coming soon; register your interest if you are planning a project.
